Hire a party tent for any occasion
Birthday, wedding, street party, company party, market day or perhaps a football tournament. Whatever you are holding, Holmsland Sogneforening has the party tent to fit.
You can hire 2 to 6 sections, depending on your needs. With 6 sections there is room for more than 100 guests.
Sizes
The tent is 9 metres wide and each section is 3 metres long.
Prices
The minimum price is DKK 2,300 for 2 sections; after that, each extra section costs DKK 400.*
- 2 sections with room for approx. 43 people: DKK 2,300
- 3 sections with room for approx. 65 people: DKK 2,700
- 4 sections with room for approx. 86 people: DKK 3,100
- 5 sections with room for approx. 108 people: DKK 3,500
- 6 sections with room for approx. 130 people: DKK 3,900
Prices include VAT.
* Members of Holmsland Sogneforening get a 10% discount (read more here).
Setting up and taking down
Holmsland Sogneforening delivers and collects the tent anywhere on Holmsland.
Please note that it takes 4 people to put up and take down the tent; the community association provides 1 and the hirer finds the rest.
Payment
A deposit of DKK 500 is charged when you hire the tent.
The deposit and the rest of the hire charge can be paid in cash, by MobilePay or by bank transfer.
